Whether you're closing on your first home or your fifth, the goal is the same: fewer logistics for you to juggle, and one more way our team shows up after the contract is signed, not just before it.
The Program
Free for life, for buy & sell clients.
Any client who buys or sells a home with Black Diamond Real Estate Group gets complimentary use of our branded moving truck — for life. There's no rental fee, and there's no limit on how many times you can use it after your closing.
Valid driver's license
Required for anyone driving the truck.
Insurance
Required to use the truck.
Advance scheduling
Subject to availability — the earlier you book, the better.
