Quick question as we kick off the year

 

I've already had a handful of calls this week from people who basically told me the same thing.

We wanted to wait until after the holidays and now we're ready to finally talk about it.

And honestly, that was the theme of Q4 too.

We're just going to wait through the holidays.

We want to see what rates do.

Let's make sure the government isn't shut down before we do anything crazy.

And you know what? Totally fair! Pretty much everyone hit pause for one reason or another.

But here we are. New year, fresh start, and I know the should we move conversations are happening at breakfast all over Seabrook right now.

Is now our year? Should we refinance? Are rates dropping? Can we finally upsize? Do we sell? Do we stay?
