Waiting Feels Safe...Until It Costs You Options

This might ruffle a few feathers, but here it is:
“Waiting to see what happens” usually costs people options.
And here’s the part people don’t always realize… waiting isn’t a plan. It’s just a pause.
The folks who end up feeling the most confident later on aren’t the ones who rushed into anything.
They’re the ones who started the conversation early.
They looked at real numbers.
They talked through a few “what ifs.”
They figured out what could work before emotions got involved.
If we were having coffee, I’d look you straight in the eye and say:
“You don’t have to list tomorrow. Heck, you don’t even have to buy this month. But having clarity beats sitting in limbo every single time.”
A lot of people are waiting until “spring”… whatever that means.
And a whole lot of sideline spring sitters are about to jump in the game at the same time.
Be ready.
Be ready EVEN if a move is a “maybe” in 2026, I’m always happy to talk it through. No pressure.
