If 2025 taught us anything, it’s that the housing market refuses to play by the rules! Rates went up, down, sideways, and somehow… we’re still standing. Might be a little nauseous, but I’m here, ha!

Buyers stayed cautious, sellers held tight, and yet, deals still got done. Every Single Day.

People still got married, changed jobs, had babies, and needed more (or less) space.

So, what’s next for Seabrook?

Experts are predicting rates will finally start to ease into 2026, which could shake things up again. More listings. More movement. More opportunities for those who’ve been waiting it out. I guess we’ll find out together!
